Our Story
FZ Consulting LLP is a SECP registered Limited Liability Partnership founded in 2023 and based in Islamabad, Pakistan. The firm was established to deliver enterprise-grade software and IT consulting services with a particular focus on the healthcare sector.
We exist to close the gap between what Pakistani organisations need from technology and what they actually receive. Our team combines decades of domain expertise in healthcare IT, enterprise software delivery, and infrastructure — built across Pakistan, the UK, and the USA.

Managing Partner
Over a decade of leadership experience across institutional and organisational settings. Leads client engagement, strategic direction, and stakeholder management at FZ Consulting.
M. Farooq Akhtar
Partner
Over 20 years of experience across Government, Education, Consulting, and Healthcare sectors. Most recently led a team that built and delivered a full Hospital Information Management System in under two years. Brings deep domain expertise in healthcare IT and enterprise technology leadership.
Muhammad Siddiqui
Partner
18+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud operations across Pakistan, the UK, and the USA. Holds an MSc in Computer Science with Cyber Security from Wrexham Glyndwr University, UK. At FZ Consulting, he leads infrastructure architecture, cloud deployments, and security engagements.
